RICHARDSON

Two lines of the RICHARDSON line join with the PEASE line - Hannah and Lydia, daughters of William RICHARDSON and Elizabeth WILSON go on the FOSSICK side [Hannah] and the RICHARDSON side [Lydia], joining together when Sarah FOSSICK married John Beaumont PEASE.

Note that the Richard RICHARDSON who marries Lydia RICHARDSON is probably not from the same family. Also shown are four generations back for John William Pease, a son of Sarah FOSSICK and John Beaumont PEASE.

Thomas RICHARDSON (1645- 1733) on 6 Oct 1682 at St Mary, Lowgate, Hull married Mary MAYSON and they had two children:  Richard and Thomas

William RICHARDSON (1660- 1740) on 31 Jul 1683 at Lythe married Elizabeth WILSON (  - 1718) and they had 12 children:  Mary, Elizabeth , Rachel, Rebecca, Ann, John, William, Martha, Hannah, Isaac, Lydia, Sarah

Line from Hannah:

Hannah RICHARDSON (1705- aft 1759) on 5 Mar 1725 married Daniel FOSSICK (1695- 1757) and they had four children:  Samuel 1, Lydia, Samuel 2 and Elizabeth

Samuel 2 FOSSICK (1735- bef 1800) on 4 May 1759 at Devonshire Sq, Westminster married Sarah MARISHALL (ca 1735- 1803) and they had three children:  Samuel, Sarah, Hannah

Samuel FOSSICK (1777- 1836) on 25 Sept 1800 at Peters Court, Martins Lane Westminster married Ann LUCAS (1777- 18847) and they had nine children:  Sarah, Samuel, George, Samuel 2, Gratton, Eliza, George 2, Robert, William.

Line from Lydia:

Richard RICHARDSON (ca 1700- 1763) in 1735 at Whitby married Lydia RICHARDSON (1710- 1802) and they had seven children:  Mary, Martha, Robert, Thomas, Elizabeth, Richard and Lydia.

Mary RICHARDSON (1736- 1821) on 13 Oct 1763 at Darlington married Joseph PEASE (1737- 1808) and they had five children:  Mary, Joseph 1, Edward, Elizabeth, Joseph 2

Joseph PEASE (1772- 1846) on 23 Jul 1801 in Westminster married Elizabeth BEAUMONT (1729- 1824) and they had two children:  John Beaumont and Elizabeth

Sarah FOSSICK (1801- 1877) on 18 Aug 1825 at FMH Wandsworth Rd married John Beaumont PEASE (1803- 1873) and they had six children:  Joseph Beaumont, John William, Edwin Lucas, Walter, Anne Edith and Elizabeth Mary

John William PEASE (1836- 1901) on 13 Sept 1860 at FMH Falmouth married Helen Maria FOX (1838- 1928) and they had six children: Sarah Helen Alice [Ella], Howard, Alice, Florence, John William Beaumont, Sophia Mabel.
